Owner, Tom Murray has been in the Landscape business for over 50 years. Starting off as a teenager with 1 truck and a neighborhood route. Always acquiring more knowledge about every aspect of the business over the years, he is the go-to guy for any questions.
Tom enjoys working on small upgrades around his home and loves when his whole family gets together!
Tommy Murray has performed many different jobs with Complete. Working his way up the ladder as Vice President he oversees day to day operations for the company.
Tommy can be found at the gym every day before work and loves spending time with his wife and 4 yr. old daughter
Rich Hernandez is the newest member of our team. He previously owned his own Landscape Construction Company where he installed landscape for large residential homes in areas like Newport Coast and Coto De Caza. As the General manager, Rich brings years of Landscape experience with him as well as his eye for detail. He currently oversees all of our field employees and supervisors.
In Rich’s spare time he can be found at car shows with his Impala. That’s of course when he isn’t at one of the kids many activities.
Brian Covarrubias came to us in March of 2015 as a labor and quickly learned the ropes and worked his way up the ladder. Always eager to learn which translates to a great teacher for everyone under him. Brian is now the Supervisor for the City of Montebello and all of our commercial work. At this position he is:
- Accountable for your complete satisfaction
- Ensure compliance to job specs and quality
- Manage all crews and their schedules
In his off-time, Brian is passionate off-roading whether it be his truck or Side by Side.
